Wine and Cheese Tasting

We are excited to host a tasting with Rusack wines and a great selection of cheeses. We will be sampling 6 wines matched with 6 cheeses.

Thursday, August 26th, 2010

Steve Gerbac is the assistant winemaker of Rusack, a vineyard located in the Santa Ynez Valley. He will be on hand to help pour and answer any questions about the varieties we will be tasting, including Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, 2 Pinot Noirs, Syrah and Anacapa, (a Bordeaux blend).

In addition, we will be pairing the wines with suggested cheeses from Starr Cornwall, a local cheese monger who was the original creator of the cheese program at the Montage Resort in Laguna Beach.
