Baked Orange French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle B&R Farms Dried Apricot Topping
    Available at DaVine!
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 8 each - 1/2 inch slices of french bread
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Cooking Directions:

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Start to Finish: 2 hours 15 minutes

Beat together eggs, juice, milk, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg.

Arrange bread in a single layer, top with egg mixture. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Melt butter in a 10" x 15" x 2" pan and arrange bread on top.

Preheat oven to 350F. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with pecans and bake for additional 10 minutes.
