Pepper Jelly

A number one best seller. Serve over cream cheese and grilled brie. Excellent with a grilled cheese sandwich or pear quesadillas. Made with our special blend of habanera, serrano, jalapeno and roasted red peppers.

Champagne Pear Vinaigrette

Made with organic pears, organic expeller pressed canola oil, champagne vinegar, ginger, chardonnay, and Dijon mustard. This is excellent served over crisp greens with sliced pears, toasted nuts and gorgonzola cheese.

Pear Balsamic Vinegar

Our Award Winning Pear Balsamic is a six year old from Modena Italy. It can be sprinkled over vegetables, salad, tomatoes, and fresh picked strawberries. 16.9 fl oz 2007 Sofi Award Outstanding Vinegar.

Pear Fig Tapenade

Made with pears, figs, shallots, capers and kalamata olives. This sweet and savory spread is great served with crusty bread and cheese, and is excellent with sandwiches and pasta.
