About Us

Da Vine Food & Wine is a direct result of a passion for good food, good wine and good times with family and friends. After a recent trip to Provence, France, celebrating their 15th wedding anniversary, Marla and Steve became inspired to recreate and share their amazing experience with others in the form of a gourmet food, wine and gift boutique in Dana Point Harbor.

Marla has been a merchant in Dana Point Harbor since 1979. She owns and operates two other stores in the harbor, Golden Galleon, a ladies fashion boutique, and Upstairs Store, a gift and home accessories store, in addition to Da Vine.

Steve, Marla's husband, business partner and wine buyer for Da Vine has had an extensive background in the wine industry, including retail and wholesale experience. His passion for "all things wine" is very apparent in any conversation where wine is the topic. He is very knowledgeable and enjoys assisting customers with any questions pertaining to wine. If someone needs a wine recommendation, Steve is the man to talk to.

Always on the lookout for more delicious gourmet food, Marla attends many trade shows, such as the Fancy Food Shows in New York and San Francisco. Customers can rely on Marla to pick only the finest food and gift products.
